• Product images on screens may slightly differ in shade depending on your display's brightness and color calibration.

3. Orders & Custom Requests

We welcome custom order requests for bespoke color combinations, specific sizes, and custom crochet bags or decor:

• Quotes & Timelines: We provide written quotes and estimated crafting timelines before commencing custom orders.
• Crafting Time: In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces typically take 7–14 days to craft before dispatch.
• Cancellations: Once work on a personalized/custom order has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted.

All prices listed on our website or quoted via WhatsApp are in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the agreed price.

• Delivery timelines generally range between 4–8 business days after dispatch depending on your destination city/pin code.
• We are not liable for courier delays resulting from force majeure events, severe weather, or natural disruptions, but we actively assist in tracking your parcel.
