Customer Happiness Promise: Each crochet piece is handmade with intense care. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
1. Handmade Craft Policy
Because every item from The Crochet Suman is individually handmade and often made to order, we do not accept arbitrary returns or buyer's-remorse exchanges. Minor variations in stitch detail or yarn texture are normal characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or refund:
- Reporting Window: Please contact us within 48 hours of package delivery.
- Evidence: Send clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damaged parcel and item to our WhatsApp (+91 85839 37820) or email (thecrochetsuman@gmail.com).
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will craft and dispatch a replacement item at no additional shipping cost, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders (such as customized color combinations, specific sizes, or bespoke designs) are crafted specifically for you:
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
- If there is an error made on our end differing significantly from the confirmed design specifications, we will remake the piece free of charge.
4. Order Cancellations
- In-Stock Products: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the package has not yet been dispatched.
- Custom Orders: Cancellations can only be accepted within 6 hours of order confirmation before materials are prepared.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
Once a refund is approved by our team:
- Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days.
- The amount will reflect in your original payment method (UPI / Bank Account) within 5–7 working days depending on your bank's processing cycles.
